At EuroOptica™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury eyewear; if you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your frames within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our Guest Return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the eyewear in its original designer case and packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, cleaning cloths, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
